This project was tackling the one of the main problems with Alzheimer’s. Patients with Alzheimer’s have a problem with bathing which they usually have showers.  To combat that issue with design was to create a space which was to have a ‘ritual’ and create a journey in that space.

By having a spa which is the main aspect and the ritual is to be cleaned but be getting routine by coming for the ‘ritual weekly to improve memory and reduce the spread. The space consists of three baths and at delegated times for no mass amount of people. The carer can use the bath tub to help and assure the patient.

The kitchen area is space to communicate with other carers and be able to have a cup of tea as well as nice meals. The use of coloured utensils is to have Alzheimer patients have easy access and awareness

Post consultation is for the user feel safe and be happy.

The therapist is there to assure and assess the patient. The weekly seeing can make the doctor understand his condition more too.
